Are Cutouts Or Inexplicable Prints Worse?

Sometimes, when presented with two horrible visuals in a single photo, it’s hard to determine which is more offensive to my brain, fashion, and humanity in general. I find myself shaking my head in sadness, wishing that all of this madness would just go away.  Maybe, if we are very lucky, we can keep the colorful pants but lose the crazy prints.

I tried to come up with something similarly “if we’re lucky” to say about cut-outs, but since they are all but universally terrible, I’m just going to go with, “If we’re lucky, there will be a mysterious incident wherein every outfit with a cut-out involved in any way suddenly and violently bursts into flames.”

This may be only a mild exaggeration of my sentiments toward cut-outs.  That said, I think I answered my question posed in the title.
